Equipped with a 8-inch water pump, a powerful shower is possible. The trommel screen and water pump operate simultaneously using the proven DOOSAN Company diesel engine.
The large equipment SAS-318E model is equipped with double trommel screens. A secondary sorting by size is performed inside the trommel. So, very efficient sorting and no clogging of the net. Works flawlessly in any climatic conditions.
The SAS-318E model can perform the separation and production process of structural aggregate with DETACH’s trommel screen.

Trommel screen SAS-328E & SAS-318E can produce various kinds of sand and pebble. Both models can separate sands and pebbles respectively from raw materials at the same time. Hopper on a high-strength frame.
A hopper with a large opening through the trommel can minimize input interference of raw materials. The hopper is 3,500 mm wide and can be unloaded via dumper or loader equipment.
Customers can choose the appropriate heavy lifting equipment such as excavators, loaders and dump trucks according to the individual working environment on site.
Container Packing
DETACH products are designed with container loading at the beginning of design. Most of the products can be loaded into containers, so the freight cost is low.
Trommel Screen
SAS-318E, having double Trommel Screen structure, shows good performance in raw-material input capacity, whatever the viscosity of inputting raw materials is. High-strength steel chassis of Trommel Screen protect it from the possible damages by inputting of big-sized ore.
Water Pump
Water pumps installed in DETACH products are highly resistant to corrosion and wear. In addition, high pressure discharge is possible, so the cleaning power of raw stones is excellent. We design the same type of water pump for all products according to your specifications.
